The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on the ATF WebShop.
Please read them carefully, by placing an order you accept these terms and conditions.
Price:
All prices quoted are for new products unless specifically stated. Prices are in pounds sterling and include taxes at current rates where and if applicable. Where prices are given in Dollars and Euros these are only a guide and must be checked to establish an accurate price (http://www.xe.com). Delivery costs to any mainland UK address will be charged at £1.50 for first item plus 50p for each additional item per order for 1st class post.
For delivery outside the UK the following tariff applies:
Europe: £2.00 plus 50p each additional item
Rest of the World: £3.00 plus 50p each additional item
Payments:
Payments are accepted on most major credit or debit cards using our merchant PayPal account, you do not have to become a member to do this. Alternatively you can place an credit card order on http://www.ru-lefthanded.com our appoved supplier. Cheques can also be accepted using the Print and Post option in the shop checkout.
Invoice:
All goods are shipped are provided with a full invoice accessible online from the My Account section of the Website giving the description of the goods purchased and the price(s) paid including delivery.
Delivery:
Delivery within the UK will be by 1st class post (except initial postings of advance orders) and a signature may be required. Parcels that arrive clearly damaged should be refused and requested to be returned to sender. In that case please notify us immediately with your order details.

Product Descriptions:
All items featured on our WebShop are for new stock unless specifically stated. While every care is taken to faithfully reproduce all descriptions and images, errors may occur. If your are in any doubt about the item you wish to purchase we recommend you contact us for more detail.
Availability of Goods:
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime. Items in stock will be delivered within 28 days of receiving your order and cleared funds. For advance orders please allow 28 days after expected in stock date. Credit cards are charged at the time of order, should there be a delay of more than 28 days then the following options will be offered:
Guarantee:
All items are fully guaranteed for a minimum period of 12 months or as otherwise indicated on the manufacturers warranty. All goods sold comply with all applicable legislation and you are reminded that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Defective Goods:
If you believe the item you have purchased from ourselves is defective please email us so that we can advise you on the best course of action. If it is found to be customer misuse a normal service charge will apply. If the item is found to be at fault within 28 days of purchase we will replace it immediately. After 30 days items will require a returns authorisation reference number, please contact us to arrange. For non faulty goods returned a re-stocking charge of 15% will be levied and no refund will be given for delivery charges.
Disputes:
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with UK law only.
